WELCOME

The Alliance for Education and Community Development, Inc. is a non-profit organization providing meaningful, research-based training for those who serve Native American, Alaskan Native, and other under-represented populations.

AECD, Inc. brings together the diverse talents of educators from a broad range of backgrounds and experience who are committed to sharing their expertise with administrators, teachers, paraprofessionals, and others who endeavor to improve the education of students most at risk in these communities.

We provide a wide variety of educational workshops and seminars and also offer customized trainings designed to meet the specialized needs of school districts who are trying to "bridge the gap" brought on by the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001.

AECD can help!

Our Mission

Few parents of students in low income communities have ever heard of State Assessments, Adequate Yearly Progress, Schools in Need of Improvement, Supplemental Educational Services, and Highly Qualified Teachers.

AECD, Inc. is committed to bridging some of the major gaps in Education by providing specialized training to those who serve this population.
